Conservation Status Berthold Lubetkin Residential Blocks
Project to renovate and regenerate the unusually designed concrete components to the resident blocks throughout this estate.
Inverted Roof System for Schoolyard Estate, SW London
Project to install a roof system to six modern four-storey residential blocks to be fully waterproof and fully European fire standards-compliant.
Concrete Refurbishment for 1970’s Roupell Estate
UKG worked on a 9-month concrete refurbishment project with Mears and Lambeth Council to renovate & regenerate the concrete components to the resident blocks within this estate.
Structural Refurbishment of Occupied High-Rise Tower Blocks
UKG were retained in December 2015 to carry out the structural refurbishment of these two high rise tower blocks, which were both occupied.
Five Year Fabric Repairs Contract for Havering Borough Council
UKG were contracted to undertake all fabric repairs, including concrete, brickwork and render, to properties and apartment blocks across a variety of housing estates.
